# CCMM vs GIGPOOL

The clearest difference is update cadence: GIGPOOL at every 3 days against CCMM's every 4 months. CCMM's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CCMM ships an update every 4 months, GIGPOOL every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
