# Bloobi vs Letter Burp

The clearest difference is rating: Bloobi at 4.8 against Letter Burp's 4.2. Bloobi also leads on ratings volume (38 vs 11). Letter Burp's advantage is update cadence (daily vs fortnightly) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bloobi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Letter Burp sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bloobi holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 38 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 97% of Bloobi's written reviews are positive against 100% of Letter Burp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bloobi ships an update fortnightly, Letter Burp daily. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
