# SpeakAI vs Langova

SpeakAI and Langova both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Langova's written reviews are positive against 29% of SpeakAI's. Langova also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). SpeakAI's advantage is ratings volume (82 vs 15). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SpeakAI sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Langova sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for SpeakAI against 4.7 for Langova. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SpeakAI has 82 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 29% of SpeakAI's written reviews are positive against 100% of Langova's.
