# FR Group vs The View

The clearest difference is update cadence: The View at every 2 weeks against FR Group's monthly. FR Group's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FR Group ships an update monthly, The View every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
