# Singing Lessons vs Sight Singing Studio

The clearest difference is rating: Sight Singing Studio at 5.0 against Singing Lessons's 4.4. Sight Singing Studio also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). Singing Lessons's advantage is ratings volume (194 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Singing Lessons sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Sight Singing Studio sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sight Singing Studio holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Singing Lessons has 194 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Singing Lessons ships an update fortnightly, Sight Singing Studio every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
