# Leaf Note vs FindShot

The clearest difference is update cadence: Leaf Note at every 3 weeks against FindShot's every 2 months. Leaf Note also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Leaf Note sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and FindShot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Leaf Note ships an update every 3 weeks, FindShot every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
