# HUBNOX vs Starcrossed

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HUBNOX at 100% against Starcrossed's 30%. HUBNOX also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Starcrossed's advantage is ratings volume (5.1K vs 13) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Starcrossed sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. HUBNOX asks for nothing beyond the download.

HUBNOX holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Starcrossed has 5.1K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of HUBNOX's written reviews are positive against 30% of Starcrossed's.

HUBNOX ships an update fortnightly, Starcrossed every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
