# Chess Combinations vs OpeningBook

The clearest difference is device support: Chess Combinations at 3 against OpeningBook's 1. Chess Combinations also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chess Combinations sells 23 one-off in-app purchases and OpeningBook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
