# Digits vs Flip Clock

The clearest difference is ads: Flip Clock at none against Digits's shown. Flip Clock also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Digits sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Flip Clock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Digits ships an update every 7 months, Flip Clock weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
