# mTest vs Study Buddy

The clearest difference is device support: mTest at 3 against Study Buddy's —. mTest also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mTest sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Study Buddy sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
