# Folderly vs Pomo Pals

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Folderly at 3.2K against Pomo Pals's 4. Folderly also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). Pomo Pals's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Folderly sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Pomo Pals sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomo Pals holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Folderly has 3.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Folderly ships an update every 3 days, Pomo Pals every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
