# Folderly vs StudentHub

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Folderly at 3.2K against StudentHub's 2. Folderly also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Folderly sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and StudentHub sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per 6 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StudentHub holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Folderly has 3.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Folderly ships an update every 3 days, StudentHub every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
