# ExtraMile+ vs RunHUD

The clearest difference is update cadence: RunHUD at every 5 months against ExtraMile+'s every 9 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ExtraMile+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and RunHUD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ExtraMile+ ships an update every 9 months, RunHUD every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
