# Scientific Method vs Trove

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Scientific Method at none against Trove's 3. Scientific Method also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Trove's advantage is device support. On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trove sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Scientific Method asks for nothing beyond the download.
