# Tapet vs Got Wallpaper

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tapet at every 3 days against Got Wallpaper's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tapet sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Got Wallpaper sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tapet ships an update every 3 days, Got Wallpaper every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
