# Optum vs Truth Nuke

The clearest difference is rating: Truth Nuke at 5.0 against Optum's 4.4. Optum's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (13K vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Truth Nuke sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Optum asks for nothing beyond the download.

Truth Nuke holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Optum has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
