# Lucidity vs Cerebyte

The clearest difference is rating: Lucidity at 4.6 against Cerebyte's 4.0. Lucidity also leads on ratings volume (25 vs 1). Cerebyte's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lucidity sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Cerebyte sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lucidity holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lucidity has 25 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Lucidity ships an update every 10 days, Cerebyte weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
