# Lucidity vs Ask Marcus

The clearest difference is ads: Ask Marcus at none against Lucidity's shown. Ask Marcus also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Lucidity's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lucidity sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Ask Marcus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ask Marcus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lucidity has 25 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
