# Como TV vs HIITman

The clearest difference is update cadence: HIITman at every 2 days against Como TV's monthly. Como TV's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Como TV sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and HIITman sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Como TV ships an update monthly, HIITman every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
