# Note vs SnappyNotes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Note at 100% against SnappyNotes's 33%. Note also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). SnappyNotes's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and rating (3.3 vs 3.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. SnappyNotes asks for nothing beyond the download.

SnappyNotes holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Note's written reviews are positive against 33% of SnappyNotes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Note ships an update every 9 days, SnappyNotes every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
