# Note vs Course Lab

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Course Lab at 13.0 against Note's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Course Lab sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.00 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
