# 2 Man vs Pookie Tools

The clearest difference is rating: 2 Man at 4.7 against Pookie Tools's 3.3. 2 Man also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Pookie Tools's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 2 Man sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Pookie Tools sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

2 Man holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 220 and 62 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of 2 Man's written reviews are positive against 50% of Pookie Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
