# Psalm vs Todays Proverbs

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Todays Proverbs at none against Psalm's 2. Todays Proverbs also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 67%). Psalm's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (393 vs 9). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Psalm sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Todays Proverbs asks for nothing beyond the download.

Psalm holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Psalm has 393 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Psalm's written reviews are positive against 100% of Todays Proverbs's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
