The clearest difference is ads: DailyKeys Devotionals at none against Psalm's shown. DailyKeys Devotionals also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Psalm's advantage is ratings volume (393 vs 3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Psalm sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and DailyKeys Devotionals sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
