# 7 Minute Workout vs viBBes

The clearest difference is monetization model: 7 Minute Workout at freemium against viBBes's subscription. 7 Minute Workout also leads on ratings volume (14K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). viBBes's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 7 Minute Workout sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and viBBes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

viBBes holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 7 Minute Workout has 14K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 88% of 7 Minute Workout's written reviews are positive against 100% of viBBes's.

7 Minute Workout ships an update fortnightly, viBBes every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
