# Gratka vs Rossmann

The clearest difference is ads: Gratka at none against Rossmann's shown. Gratka also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Rossmann's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 21) and review sentiment (58% vs 50%). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Gratka against 4.8 for Rossmann. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rossmann has 2K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of Gratka's written reviews are positive against 58% of Rossmann's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
