# BlueParrott vs aQuiRe App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: aQuiRe App at 67% against BlueParrott's 18%. aQuiRe App also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). BlueParrott's advantage is ratings volume (7.6K vs 17) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BlueParrott holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BlueParrott has 7.6K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of BlueParrott's written reviews are positive against 67% of aQuiRe App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BlueParrott ships an update every 6 weeks, aQuiRe App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
