# Fun Time Timer vs Tappy

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Fun Time Timer at none against Tappy's 4. Fun Time Timer also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.6). Tappy's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (20K vs 8). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tappy sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Fun Time Timer asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Fun Time Timer against 4.8 for Tappy.
