# Dream Insight vs Mood Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mood Tracker at every 4 days against Dream Insight's fortnightly. Dream Insight's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dream Insight sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Mood Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dream Insight ships an update fortnightly, Mood Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
