# ACT Prep vs CLT Ready

The clearest difference is update cadence: CLT Ready at every 3 weeks against ACT Prep's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ACT Prep sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and CLT Ready sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ACT Prep ships an update every 7 months, CLT Ready every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
