# PDF Scan Express vs Flex

The clearest difference is device support: Flex at 3 against PDF Scan Express's 1. Flex also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
