# Eznetsoft OpenFlick vs Silver Stream

The clearest difference is ads: Silver Stream at none against Eznetsoft OpenFlick's shown. Silver Stream also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (33 vs 2). Eznetsoft OpenFlick's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eznetsoft OpenFlick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Silver Stream sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eznetsoft OpenFlick holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Silver Stream has 33 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Eznetsoft OpenFlick's written reviews are positive against 95% of Silver Stream's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Eznetsoft OpenFlick ships an update every 3 months, Silver Stream every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
