# Glow vs Between Sessions

The clearest difference is update cadence: Glow at every 10 days against Between Sessions's monthly. Glow also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Glow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Between Sessions sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Glow ships an update every 10 days, Between Sessions monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
