# QuitIt vs Quit

The clearest difference is update cadence: Quit at every 2 weeks against QuitIt's every 4 months. QuitIt's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuitIt sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Quit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuitIt ships an update every 4 months, Quit every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
