# ChecklistNow vs TaskMaster

The clearest difference is update cadence: TaskMaster at every 2 days against ChecklistNow's every 5 days. ChecklistNow's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChecklistNow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and TaskMaster sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ChecklistNow ships an update every 5 days, TaskMaster every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
