# OV vs U

The clearest difference is rating: U at 4.8 against OV's 1.0. U also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). OV's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

U holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: U has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OV ships an update every 4 months, U monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
