# Desmos Graphing Calculator vs Homework Help

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Desmos Graphing Calculator at 81% against Homework Help's 0%. Desmos Graphing Calculator also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 66). Homework Help's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Homework Help sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Desmos Graphing Calculator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Homework Help holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Desmos Graphing Calculator has 1.3K ratings behind it against 66, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Desmos Graphing Calculator's written reviews are positive against 0% of Homework Help's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Desmos Graphing Calculator ships an update every 2 months, Homework Help fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
