# TimerWod vs Only Trained

The clearest difference is update cadence: Only Trained at every 5 days against TimerWod's every 2 months. Only Trained also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TimerWod ships an update every 2 months, Only Trained every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 8, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
