# RADD vs Roll

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Roll at 439 against RADD's 29. Roll also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). RADD's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RADD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Roll sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RADD holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Roll has 439 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 81% of RADD's written reviews are positive against 78% of Roll's.

RADD ships an update fortnightly, Roll weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
