# Notebook vs Dayora

The clearest difference is ads: Dayora at none against Notebook's shown. Dayora also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Notebook's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notebook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dayora sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dayora holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notebook has 14K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Notebook ships an update weekly, Dayora every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
