# Con Edison vs CVA Hercules

The clearest difference is rating: Con Edison at 4.8 against CVA Hercules's 2.3. Con Edison also leads on ratings volume (125K vs 3). CVA Hercules's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 48%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Con Edison holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Con Edison has 125K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Con Edison's written reviews are positive against 67% of CVA Hercules's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
