# Visual Pinball vs Play SoundOff

The clearest difference is rating: Play SoundOff at 5.0 against Visual Pinball's 4.3. Play SoundOff also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 12 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.6). Visual Pinball's advantage is ratings volume (74 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Play SoundOff holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Visual Pinball has 74 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
