# Allfree App vs Merch

The clearest difference is rating: Merch at 4.9 against Allfree App's 4.4. Merch also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (58 vs 7). Allfree App's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Allfree App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year. Merch asks for nothing beyond the download.

Merch holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Merch has 58 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Allfree App ships an update weekly, Merch fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
