# Elite Self vs KBMH

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Elite Self at none against KBMH's 10. Elite Self also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). KBMH's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (460 vs 5). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KBMH sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Elite Self asks for nothing beyond the download.

Elite Self holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KBMH has 460 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Elite Self ships an update every 2 months, KBMH every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
