# GV vs EyeInCloud

The clearest difference is rating: GV at 2.0 against EyeInCloud's 1.7. EyeInCloud's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GV holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of GV's written reviews are positive against 5% of EyeInCloud's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GV ships an update every 4 months, EyeInCloud every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
