# CleverType vs PhraseLift

The clearest difference is ads: CleverType at none against PhraseLift's shown. PhraseLift's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CleverType sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PhraseLift sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
