# Multi Groups vs Screen Mirroring

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Multi Groups at none against Screen Mirroring's 4. Multi Groups also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Screen Mirroring's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 17 months vs every 78 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Mirroring sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Multi Groups asks for nothing beyond the download.

Screen Mirroring holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Screen Mirroring has 200 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 76% and 77% positive.

Multi Groups ships an update every 78 months, Screen Mirroring every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
