# Famy vs QK

The clearest difference is update cadence: QK at every 3 days against Famy's every 3 weeks. QK also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Famy's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Famy sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and QK sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Famy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 26 and 44 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Famy's written reviews are positive against 100% of QK's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Famy ships an update every 3 weeks, QK every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
