# FocusNova vs QuitScroll

The clearest difference is update cadence: FocusNova at every 4 days against QuitScroll's fortnightly. FocusNova also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusNova sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and QuitScroll sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusNova ships an update every 4 days, QuitScroll fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
