# PacePal vs BeBetterMan

The clearest difference is update cadence: BeBetterMan at every 3 weeks against PacePal's every 2 months. PacePal's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PacePal ships an update every 2 months, BeBetterMan every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
